For me it turned out that I lost all sensitivity/pleasure because I fapped too often (1x a day) habitually, gradually decreasing sensitivity over time. For some reason I lost interest in porn too, and I enjoy it much more, plus orgasm stronger if I just stick to my imagination.

Now I fap 1-2 a week.

I fap by habit or because I got nothing better to do. I'm almost never turned on because I fap pretty often (3-7 times per day).
Aside from some rare times when I'll fap to imagination or thinking of some doujin before I get up from bed, I fap almost exclusively to 2D porn.

Are you depressed? For me, everything feels bland at this point including masturbation. I still do it out of habit about once a day, simply to pass the time or take my mind off my troubles for a while, but I don't really enjoy it any more.
