Free will is a myth.

For me it comes from within and usually produces a warm smile when I acknowledge it. I warmly laugh at all my failures and all my foibles and also acknowledge the aspects that I truthfully like about myself. Sort of culminates into a "c'est last vie!" about who I am and where I am. It is an emotion directed inward, a light looking upon and acceptance of yourself in an almost motherly way.
