i am 22 years old, 23 in April. last night i just wet my bed. i havent done this since i was very young, even then i dont recall it being an issue.

it startled me as i have no idea why this would happen. is this something i should be concerned about, even if it is just a once time occurrence? and what if it keeps happening?

nope. you'd be surprised how often this happens. i was surprised hwen it happened to me, i had two issues in a row.

sometimes your brain is confused. in my case i had a dream i was on the toilet, and started to piss.

you will adjust pretty fast if not instantly. it happened to me twice in a month a few years ago, then never again.
