How do I stop being so obsessed with beautiful girls?

Sometimes it feels like it's the only thing that matters in life. I have a girlfriend who is very attractive and I get on very well with but I can't help but look at 10/10s at imagine having a life with them even though I don't even know them.

Picture extremely related. Whenever I look at this girl I fall in love with her. Literally the personification of beauty in my eyes.
