Hypothetically living in my car

You'd have to sleep during the day i think.. Walmarts have a closing time, they see you parked out sleeping, might have a problem. Also gotta take holidays into account. All the others have a closing time as well, or security.

Idk where you live, but WiFi is usually not free or unlimited at libraries and cafes. Plus there's only so much entertainment you can get off the internet. And what happens when they're closed?

why are you doing this? to what end? for how long?

buffets are a bad idea. saying 'dont eat the unhealthy stuff' takes pretty much everything off the menu except for salad. they also have 2 to 3 hour limits, so if you're hungry more than once a day you're fucked. though you could easily come in to get your main meal and snack throughout the day.

you'd be better off just getting food from a groccery store though. fruits and veggies grow in the ground so they dont actually require a cold temperature. we like our veggies cold, but it is by no means required, and even if they were its likely pretty codl wherever you are so they shoudl sit fine. worst case scenario you only buy apples and maybe bananas for the long term and you can just buy whatever else you feel like eating day of.

canned fruit is also an option, just get it soaked in juice and not syrup, juiced ones have only about 20 more calories per serving (so 60 per can). and if you're on a mostly natural diet here more calories arent exactly bad.

speaking of which, how fucking cold is it where you're going to be? you may think its no problem but after a few days of cold you might wanna kill yourself.

I lived on a 50 year old, 32 foot sailboat for 8 years. Nine feet wide at the max beam. You would be in a car, with much, much less space. You can work out food, storage, phone and location. The thing you are not factoring in is space.

I had a boat, in a slip. It was a place where I lived and had most of my stuff. I was legal there and had the marina knew I was there. No problems.

No matter how well you work out all the other problems, the fact remains you are no legal. No matter how good you get at moving everyday and finding the spots to sleep, it will wear on you.

You are living in a car. You are homeless. If you can do it for a month, you can do it for the rest of your life. It all comes down to your concept of a safe place to sleep.
