Is there anyway to actually perminately straighten out curly hair (as in no longer needing hair products or devices to keep it straight anymore)?
All you can do is chemical relaxers
But you'll have to do this every few months and it can be damaging.

>perminately
why? left pic is cuter
the one on the left is more attractive
yeah, the japanese straightening. it lasts for 6months
Left is way better because in right she looks generic, just another cute face.

Not permanently. The reason is that during the telogen phase, new hair is grown. The shape and curliness of your hair is determined by genetics, so eventually you will re-grow curly hair.

This.
It's common for black women to cut it short/shave/braid it and just wear wigs. Because even chemical straightening will require flat irons and blow dries to look decent. Wigs come pre-styled and require detangling more than any heat styling.

+1 for left. Right looks like just another basic bitch.
