By no means do I advocate waiting until you're like 35 or some shit before you start exploring the world. It's just going to harder as a human, being a social animal. Exploring requires being social and if you try to do hedonistic or spontaneous shit like the kind of stuff you would normally do in your teens and 20s, you're not going to have any willing participants your age, people younger than you are going to find you creepy and in the case of possible police involvement, there will be much less leniency.
You should be a well adjusted grown up with a career or some prospects of some kind by then, not a videogame addicted man child. Your life is finite and you do have a societal and biological clock, so go live.

Depends on exactly what you'd define as a "health social life". For some that means going out, getting shitfaced and doing stupid shit. In which case, I entirely agree with you.

Going out with a few friends, catching a movie, maybe go on a date now or then? Nothing unhealthy about that really. I'm still a pretty introverted guy, I go out only a few times a month if that. But it works for me, and there's nothing destructive about it.

Honestly I can get that perspective. Back in Circuits lab I had to work with this one guy due to limited amount of equipment. He was smelly, always had clothing advertising Bioware, and honestly kind of smelled pretty bad. All he could talk about was video games, which got old quickly for me even though gaming is probably my top hobby.

Keep in mind this guy was like 30.

You choose the worse examples of "normies" to justify your own unproductive lifestyle. When all is said and done, you're still dependent own your parents to survive. What you are going to do after they pass away? You think you won't have any problems but you will later. No, it fucks up your mind. Isolation experiments have demonstrated this. There was one geologist to went to live underground alone for several months. He came back out a different person.

I know a guy who isolated himself for many years, going outside only to buy food and do laundry. He was fucking paranoid, thinking that the whole world was against him. He wasn't able to trust people, not even his own family but he expected people to trust him. He wasn't able to speak without making long pauses and making odd bodily movements. His personality was totally fucked up but he thought was normal. His family holds some responsibility because they didn't discipline him, letting him become a degenerate NEET. For doing nothing, he got his needs taken care of, including entertainment. He took his lazy lifestyle for granted to the point that he saw it as being "deserved".
