I've had this masturbation/porn addiction for almost 5 years now and I just realized it since this October. I want to get rid of it but it's really hard considering the withdrawal symptoms that makes me antsy and the only way to relieve of it is to, well, masturabate. Any tips on getting rid of it? It's taking a toll on my life and some people around me.

Listen to Music, find some hobbies. Read a book or join the Gym. When you stop masturbating you allot of free time and it comes down to you to make it count! Just don't use that time to masturbate only gonna make you more miserable. I was on a 28 days no fap streak but I just messed up. Not giving up!
