stop watching porn. Fapping is a normal and healthy thing to do in moderation, but porn sets up unrealistic expectations for what real life sex should be, causing irl sex to seem more boring. Cut back the porn man, it'll work wonders.

I gave up mostly on sex in real life too, I was never attractive enough to marry a girl I really wanted to have sex with and ended up settling so I at least wouldn't be lonely
