18ys old, started lifting 2,5 months ago, always had a strange feeling that i have something wrong with my back. because don't make a a straight line

lordosis. probably makes you think you're fat because the way you stand makes you push the fat out. fun fact, this is even MORE common with women cuz they are taught to stand this way, it makes their ass look nicer and their boobs stick out further.

look up lordosis and you'll get an exercise plan that can fix this. sleeping on the right bed helps. i got a memory foam topper for my bed and its improved my posture immensely. so much so that slouching and such has began to feel uncomfortable.
