if you want to know the real deal I can help, don't listen to the spergs

don't tell your landlord what you are doing, if they don't live there they won't know
if they find out later you can offer them a cut at that point, better than striking the deal when you move in

keep your "clients" separate from the people you rely on
don't sleep with your landlord, it leaves you open to exploitation; they will just demand more and more (See: personal fucktoy)

don't use your real name or add real details about yourself, but add a few of your interests and some photos of you in a well know place in town (make this your profile) so people know you arn't a scammer
3. this gives you some ability to actually pick men,
sit around all day in a local coffe shop trying to pick up men, some might approach you online (maybe even in person)
pick men who have something to loose, and who exist in the real world when you can
4. send the men somewhere near your flat, they park and get out
you are waiting nearby, your friend tells you if they are there and alone; if so you appear and walk them to your flat
5. you keep someone else in the flat just hanging out in case you need them, usuall the girls have a room each and one room is reserved for the "work"
6. remember you need to save a lot of cash so you don't end up trying to cut corners

it's a lot of work organising meets and staying safe, but it's your job and you have to treat it as such
