Alright now yea but that doesn't mean that it's false
More research needs to be done before we can come to any substantial conclusion
No, it's been known for thousands of years that semen conservation is essential of maintaining healthy body, mind, energy, and creativity.
Limit ejaculating to once every 4-5 days if you're in your 20s. If older, you have to cum even less often.

so, you don't need years and months of abstinence to cure PE?

Yo the taoists also thought they could steal the life force of women by fucking them, that doesn't mean they were right

Indeed, there is no problem fapping 2-3 times a week and helps keeping the pumbling ready

i tried it recently. i lowered it to 1 fap a day.
instead of working i just spent all day trying to get laid. and i did, but usually by the end of the day.
and then after two hours i just felt horny.
im not saying you're wrong, just that you're not right. everyones different. some people need to get a couple loads out a day and its fine.
as long as it isn't negatively effecting their productivity and relationsihps it doesn't really matter.
I sometimes dont fap for long periods(1-2 months?) of time, because I am exhausted or I dont have any time. personally effects are like these:
>at the first two weeks you start to become exteremely horny, for example an average girl you wont ever look at will make you diamonds
>after that you slowly become less and less sensitive to sexual thoughts and images
So, if you want to get more active in life fapping once in one or two weeks is ideal. if you want to go full caccoon mode then you can do it for a longer time. if your body works like mine does, that is.

Yes. I lose libido if I no fap for a long period.
Fapping too much lessens my initiative when tackling girls.
