Do NOT use LSD if you're not completely healthy mentally. It'll fuck you up, and possibly scar you for life (PTSD, etc)

In short : it's been proved to have positive effects but ONLY when provided with doctors around during the whole trip to check on the patient, talk to them etc. You can do research about it but do not try this at home because 1) it won't work 2) it might fuck you up for good. And by "for good" I mean : literally for the rest of your life.

I think the molly + therapy thing they have been studying up on would be more likely to help with anxiety. But it wouldn't be helpful to just try to do it on it's own.

It doesn't matter if it's OCD, anxiety, depression, schizotypical, bipolar... If you're not healthy and don't have a person that really knows their shit as a sitter, just stay the fuck away.
