we had a minor drama once and we are dating since 1,5 years. funny enough, the drama was about him still being in contact with his ex, so a big no from me to your second question.

Not very often. Maybe once every couple months we might have a small issue, but it usually gets resolved right away.

Nope, haven't broken up. After my last relationships I would never date someone I broke up with again. It's just dumb. You already know you don't work. Might as well find someone new.

Visiting an ex at their home is a huge red flag and if they didn't tell me about it, I would probably break up with them or at least consider it. They weren't up to anything good.

Serious problems? Maybe once every couple of years. Minor arguments and disagreements, more often - once a week or something. The kind of shit you solve in 5 minutes.

Absolutely. It is a no-go to have any sort of contact with an ex partner without your current partner knowing about it.
