Hi,
I've been having Diarrhea for almost 3 days now. It isn't getting neither worst nor better, I have almost normal shit at morning (but just a few) and then diarrhea at midday.

The first days I ate rise and drunk yerba mate, and I drunk yerba mate today at morning, now I realize mate was a bad idea.

For today i'm planning not eating anything, only drink water. Also I took a vitamin pill today

If the diarrhea continues I'll go to the doctor. I don't have fever.

Any advice?

be sure you're drinking more fluids than usual, its very easy to get dehydrated when you have diarrhea

yes don't wait see a doc TODAY

or try some otc meds like "immodium"

seriously too much diarrhea can/will kill you, get dehydrated

something is wrong in your bod, food poisoning ?

I am, and I'm peeing almost transparent which I always thought it means i am over hydratated (untill the vitamin pill kicks in and I pee yellow/green)

I think so, on sunday I ate a sandwich and immediately I had stomachache.

Add some sugar and salt to your water and drink it. If you still have diarrhea tomorrow go see a doc

that doesn't mean you're over hydrated it means your body is getting enough hydration, it's a good thing.
