most 14 year olds dont really have a plan its just a thought. so hes not really suicidal. usually theyre upset about being ugly andh aving no friends. you could start at helping him look more handsome.

Believe me, a suicidal teenager doesn't have a very high chance to actually do it, the best thing to do is just be a friend to him, i guess this is what he needs the most
Also check if he has a problematic family or if someone is bullying him, in this case it's better to call a psychologist.
