I need to work on an important project, I should learn for exams, if I don't work on this project I'll seriously disappoint someone who is relying on it.
Yet I've spent the past weeks just lying in bed, doing nothing. Maybe watching a video, but mostly just lying there.
I have no idea what is going on, I have no energy to do anything. I've stopped playing guitar, I've stopped playing video games and I've stopped watching anime. I feel like a fucking vegetable, I'm not doing anything. What the hell is wrong with me?

Sounds like you've got burnout, but it also sounds like you're in school, so you're just going to have to pull your ass out of bed and finish that project. Winter break is almost here. You can rest then or after you finish the project.
