Other anon here. I have this problem too, and I fantacise a lot. For example, when I listen to music, I actually imagine myself within the context of it. For example, I have a theme of a character from a videogame, and when I listen to it or get an earworm, I actually imagine myself posessing the same powers as that character. Even though I do it unintentionally and when no one is around, I feel very awkward and ashamed of myself.
