>enlarged prostate symptoms (urinary retention, blockage, having to pee 15 times a day, literal pain in prostate)
>get sent to urologist (after a 4 month wait cause lol bureaucracy)
>"Nah u too young bro lol just dont think about it"
wtf do I do, I literally cant get help for this medical problem because they think its impossible for someone my age. this is fucking up my life
adding one more thing, I went to a walk in clinic once when I was 14 (around the time these symptoms started) and the doctor there checked my prostate for some reason, and he found that my prostate was really large for my age, like the size of a middle aged man
even with this story, doctors refuse to believe that I have it just because its so uncommon
maybe you jerk off too much and have anxiety related polyuria

thats what the dermatologist tried to tell me, but nah, its definitely BPH
fuck doctors. I told the derm that I think male pattern baldness is increasing in industrialized countries due to the lifestyle and diet increasing DHT levels at earlier and earlier ages, and he was like "no thats unlikely" then I found an empirical study that proved exactly that is happening. doctors suck
Start taking biotin 10,000 micograms a day.
Drink more water, watch your diet and sugar intake.
Stop jacking off so much. Fapping increases DHT. 18-30 year olds should only cum once every 4-5 days. You can edge within those days, but don't ejaculate till the 4th or fifth.
Only wash/condition your hair every 2-3 days, use shampoos and conditioners.
Get an herbal hair supplement.
Stop stressing, it makes it worse. If you start taking the right steps now, you can fix the issues. It might take 1-3 months to notice results, just stay cool. Practice deep breathing exercises, focus on your job/school/etc in the meantime.
I notice when my iron levels are low, I pee quite often. Also if I consume sugar I pee more frequently too, especially if I have sugar a 1-2 hours before bed. I'll be getting up to pee like three times within an hour of trying to fall asleep. Good thing I fixed that.

I only have a couple suggestions. Other anons seem pretty spot on.
1) A lack of sleep will mess with your endocrine system and you will have all sorts of problems with digestion, a lack of testosterone because your body chemistry factory (aka your guts) will be all outta whack.
2) Excessive frequent urination *might* be a symptom of diabetes if accompanied with excessive thirst. Just a side thought as well. The prostate issue may just be an aside. Depends on genes, hereditary history, and lifestyle.
Best of luck.
