I'm 20y old virgin.I had phimosis(foreskin won't retract) until 2 years ago when i got circumcised (long story short i had to, extreme case etc.). I'm circumcised in a country where like 95% of people are uncut and it bothers me what would girl think about that if she saw my cut penis. You would if you were cut tighter. If you're cut loose you still have some moveable skin left on your penis.
If you're cut tight (and it sounds like OP was), the skin you have left doesn't move, or barely moves. It's stuck in place and trying to move it is painful
