Sometimes I feel like I am so close to a boiling point and want nothing more than to punch a wall until I break my hand-I feel like I have so much pent-up anger... how do I ''let go'' of it?

pretty much anything, a snide remark, an act, I don't feel it coming until the point when I want to close myself into a padded room and do whatever to let my anger out

well i did that internet search & quite a few interesting reads
if you need more hand-holding to you help you deal with your anger problem then likely you should actually schedule appt with some shrink ?
