Step 1: toss all junk food and soda in the trash and don't buy any more. If you don't have it you can't eat it

Step 2: spend more time outside faggot. Not for the usual reasons but because you literally can't jack off or play xbox in public. Walk around a mall or go to some movies or something, literally anything but sitting around the house

Basically the key to deprogramming is to force yourself to not partake in these things for at least a few days. That's the first step to rewiring your brain
