What the fuck is that
is it mold?

Mold.
Honestly you should call a professional and get it clean.
If you don't want to, open the window, spray bleach on it, let it there for 5 minutes, then clean it with a clean, wet cloth. Do not drench your wall.
Throw away the cloth when you are done. Let the window open for a while.
Distance the furniture from the wall (an inch is enough) and open your windows more.

Thanks man, I think I'm going to try and fight it myself

Oh yeah, I have quite a bit of lighter fluid, would that do anything?
I was thinking about lighting a bunch of candles under it, try and dry it out, not at the same time though lol

This is mold, the spores can slowly kill you from breathing it in with some varieties.
I recommend you post this on /diy/ as they will be best placed to answer

I've never lurked there before, I'm a bit autismal about that sort of thing
I'm doing the "bleach" thing, pic related, and I'm going to get some stronger stuff on my way back from work tomorrow

sugar soap will take care of it.
