Firstly remove the hard disk and put in a new machine, preferably linux run virus scans to remove crypto lock. You stuff may or may not be fucked, put the hdd back in your machine and boot. Check out windows shadow copy feature and see if you had made a copy at some point, that is your only hope I believe. If there is nothing all you can do is os reinstall/ re image
