How do I deal with exczema? A single spot appeared on my foot like 2 months and and it's been getting bigger and bigger. Now it looks like it's jumping over to my other foot too. People keep tetlling me 'just drink some vitamins bro' but that hasn't helped one bit.

I've had eczema . Doctors prescribe steroid cream to calm it down, i alternate between different kinds when one stops working. Not much else you could do bra, 26 years with it and believe me I've tried everything. Moisturize and try to eat clean, cold showers, and don't scratch. Unfortunately for both of us, there's no cure... but you can limit the effects

Gee I don't know maybe go to a fucking doctor and get a cream to put on it.
I've had exczema for my entire life behind my ear and putting on that steroid cream >>17832207 on it and it goes away after a couple of days.

My bf has struggled with it his whole life all over his body, he started using Cortisone cream and it's nearly all but vanished, ask your doctor about it, it works miracles :)

Go to walmart and pick this shit up, apply 2-4 times a day until spots are gone. I have psoriasis and its worked wonders.
