Meds don't work miracles alone. You have to take an advantage of whatever control they give you to improve/change your life in other respects. Expecting medication to solve all your issues will always lead to a disappointment.

By that I mean if some miracle doesn't happen that is out of my control, I.E. somebody coming into my life or something extraordinary that I didn't cause. Something to raise my spirits when I can no longer do so.

And I just need the meds to stop me from wanting to be dead all the time. At this point I already am dead, my body is just a lifeless husk that floats around on its own. I need to feel happy. Then I will be able to force myself through life again.
