I've seen them removed manually many times before. I'm sure there is some type of clinic you could go to where they would pull them all out, then give you something to help heal the pores and keep them clean.

Clean pillowcases, or a clean towel to sleep on. Doesn't eliminate all problems, but i experienced a slight improvement at least.

you have to go to a aesthetician
the black heads could be trapped under your skin
and the only way out is to have a pro dig them out
I've never been scarred because I went to a professional
