So recently when i've been working out I get really out of breath quickly and my stomach gets sick and I feel like im gonna throw up. This is like after 10 minutes of something. I used to be at the gym for 2 hours of working out and now I can barely handle 10 without feeling like im gonna throw up. What am I doing wrong here?

Learn how to workout for starters. Unless your on steroids or other performance enhancing drugs there is no reason you should work out for 2 hours at a time... Secondly, go see a doctor.

What kind of whacky routine takes two hours.
I did get some nausea from jogging but that was because I was pounding the ground until it felt like my chest was going to explode.

What you're doing doesn't sound right.

It took two hours because it was me and another guy working out together, we would do everything in a set of 5 so it took a while. It wasn't just straight 2 hours of working out
