Depends how bad your obsession is but yeah you can. You'll probably start having more sexual thoughts in your head, or having sexual dreams the longer you go without. It's best not to masturbate to such things cos they're kind of the same thing as porn sometimes, and can create unrealistic expectations for you.

Just hold out as long as you can - plus there's a point of no fap where it kind of just becomes normal not to masturbate. It might take you many attempts but it'll happen and you'll be better for it.

What has helped me is see women as living beings and not dick holsters. Porn is actually very degrading toward women, so try and up you thoughts of what a woman is. Think of her as you sister or your friend that is going through this struggle.
