I've had that problem during all my life, /adv/.I really look young at 21.
I would like to know how to look like an actual male. I'm quite short at 5'10, but I believe my main problems are weighing little (110lbs), having a small head and a juvenile voice.
It really bothers me, i'll be honest.
Any tips on how to look manlier?

5'10 is pretty average. You need to put on some weight, ideally muscle, but even fat would do. I've never seen a super thin/boney guy and thought "he's manly". Just eat more and/or workout more. Grow a beard if you can, even just stubble would help.
