i get these sometimes. just leave it alone. fucking with it always makes it worse. if anything, put a dab of white toothpaste on it it'll dry it out

Needle or very fine blade, cut it open. You won't get rid of the pain this way, though. Just replace what's causing it.

Clean washcloth with hot water and regular washing of the face is pretty much your only smart route here.
