I've got one text sent to her with no response "sounds like its pretty rough" I sent like 40 mins after I got hers, and I never got an answer, combined with her saying she had been laying in bed sick and I think she passed out

If I get a text from her tomorrow/whatever (saturday) going "yeah it sucks" or whatever what should I do?
