because there's lots of kinds of "tutorials" some things illegal and legal like fraud.

best advice i can give is use a vpn, always disable java, always use PGP when dealing with underground markets, don't go looking for cp. other than that if you aren't filtering your IPv4 internet through onion routing you should be ok.
