How do I get over someone quickly?

you dont, you gotta grieve, give it time, enjoy yourself, find a new hobby take a walk or drive up into the hills, do single people stuff.
stop overthinking and do what you got to do in life like work, finish your hobby projects, get houses and cars, ect.
It is going to take time, but you will get over it.
I am a medical student, and you are not only battling grievances, but a physical addiction to the person in question, so you will need time to overcome that.
I would recommend trying to occupy yourself with other, possibly new things. If you are one who uses substances, try to cut back on them.
Cut contact if you haven't, pretty sure I'd have not taken nearly a year with my last one if I pushed her away and thus I recommend it.

It's painful, but it's quite easy to accomplish if you have some self-respect.
>delete everything: photos, videos, messages, etc..
>cut all communication
>occupy yourself, if you catch yourself thinking about them, reavert your thoughts.
>carry on with your life
You may find yourself feeling bad and pining every now and then, but you will improve. Soon you'll be wondering how you managed to get rid of them. Follow this advice, stick to it. DO NOT wander in the thoughts. Do this and you will be fine.

>medical student
Damn you need to chill that ego

Nah let him be, it's the only way he is able to sleep at night considering his student loan.

You cannot. The only thing you have control over is how much you hold on. Let it go like the Disney cartoon. Move on, the harm is done. You will live. No one has died from heartbreak regardless of what storybooks may tell you.

Then, how do you explain my death?
Get under somebody else

Delete any and all contact info you have of that person, completely cut him/her out of your life, and forget that he/she exists utterly.
If he/she tries to contact you, do not even acknowledge those attempts with any response.
Ez pz, worked wonders for me.
