Get back from my studies, sit down and take a beer along with my dinner each day.
Read some comments saying: "It's a bad sign"

It can be a bad sign. If the slight stress relief of a beer becomes your primary stress relief on a really shitty day/month/year you could go full alcoholic.

Nordlands Pils, av alle ting....
Not a bad sign. I often have a beer after work just to unwind. Been doing it for years with no ill effects.
Just make sure it's not something you end up depending on.

Nordlands pils is good though.
Doesn't have that bitter aftertaste.
maybe. maybe not.
a lot of articles say drinking alone is a 'bad sign'. but i drink almost exclusively alone.
because when im alone i dont feel pressured to drink much. i can just have two gulps of whiskey or half a beer and not worry about finishing the rest or pouring more.
its different for everyone. a beer with dinner isnt that bad. its no different than a twinkie after dinner each day not ideal, but people live long despite it. we all have some vice. and if ur vice is just a beer with dinner its really no big deal.
the problem is if it escalates.

I mean, people in my circles are chugging down on soda and energy drinks 24/7 to even function.
It's not like i'm a depressed individual either.
quite the contrary.

thats what i mean. most people in america are unhealthy. most adults are at the very least not 'fit' and most young people are only seemingly healthy becuase they are young and can survive on junk. but it shows once they age.
health is something that carries on. if you treat your body well you dont age as fast or as drastically later on.
so ultimately drinking a beer a day even if its every day isn't going to kill you.
in terms of alcoholism as long as you stop yourself and reign yourself in when you DO see a negative pattern, you'll be fine.
