Willing to give a few probable causes for you to further research, but diagnoses by camera phone image is genuinely unreliable in even the most ideal shots. Firstly, is it tender? If so, how much, and how would you describe it; throbbing, sharply sensitive to/without touch, concentrated to the rash or spread out well beyond the visibly affected zone? If it is not too uncomfortable, please shave the area as carefully as you can as not to cause bleeding, and reupload a pic in good lighting. Will go from there.

Looks like the spider bit you twice. Have you noticed in the past that when spiders bit you had an allergic reaction? It looks like an allergic reaction get some aloe vera and apply on it.
