sadly I don't have a good answer besides "don't get a desk job if you don't want one."
nobody tells you that happiness is a by-product and not a net result, but it's something I've seen proven time and again in the lives of myself and others. if you have nothing, find something physical you can join and join it. find a project and start working on it. turn your phone off and walk 7 miles. I don't know man I'm scared too
