Are my teeth are normal, if not how to fix it?Already used dental braces it still looks like that, it was worse though

You've got nice shaped teeth actually.
When you smile, lift your chin and comfortably rest your bottom lip below your top row of teeth if you're going for a "less toothy"/more picturesque smile.
Your upper lip will naturally fall only just under your gumline, so you are exposing about 90% of your top row of (depending on how wide your smile is) 6-8 teeth at the front.
Damn, it's really hard to describe how to smile in detail, hope it helps.
