Just tell her she's being stupid for getting mad over a dream and drop it.

That's a big red flag. She can't seperate reality from fantasy. That can have all sorts of bad implications.

For perspective, my wife had a dream where I was being a dick to her. She woke up and was pissed at me as she went to take a shower. It took her like five minutes to realize it was a dream, she had no actual reason to be mad, and she came out of the shower, told me all about it, and we both laughed about it because she's not insane.

I had this happened to me.
I told the girl i had a dream about her sister the next night, and asked if she was free. I think the same thing works with mom.
Just don't acknowledge this insecure shit if you do shes gonna keep doing it to get attention.
