Can any Australians here tell me what TAFEs like? Went to Uni once, but I hated doing academic write ups, don't think I could be a tradie though.

TAFE is shit. All the teachers are from India or speak very bad english. The course work is tough. Meaning there's lots to do and learn in a short amount of time. Lots and lots of drop rates due to the high filtering rates. Either keep up or get left behind.

Yeah TAFE isn't like this. You have to get marked off every lesson and your work is checked and submitted. They have so many modules
