Now that I have your attention, I'm seeing a doctor soon, but currently if I lean over while sitting down I:
>Have weird pulsating tightness feeling in right side of chest near lower ribcage
>pulsating goes on for 2 - 10 minutes or so
>Feel like I'm winded
>No other symptoms
What I'm asking is, has anyone ever had this problem? If anyone here happens to be a med student etc could someone tell me what they think it is?

Both the symptoms of tightness or pain in the chest and feeling out of breath are reasons enough to go to the ER immdediately. And that is separate. The fact you feel them combined means you need to get on the fucking freeway to your local hospital right this fucking minute. Ask any doctor/advice nurse/anyone worth their snot and they will stay the same.
Chest tightness and loss of breath are things not to ever fuck around with. Go to the ER.

Following up the only non-threatening things it could be is Asthma or Anxiety and if you dont have a history with either then get to the ER NOW!

Op here, waiting at emergency now, so far it's most likely muscular skeletal problems. Not life threatening atm

Good. Regardless if it is minor or major chest pain combined with shortness of breath is never to be trifled with. Stay safe mate. Glad you went.
And i genuinely only was so inflammatory to start with because i too had an instance of chest pain+shortness of breath. I figured screw it, probably doesnt mean anything. Waited till the morning, rode my bike to school to get checked out. Rode my bike to get an obligatory x-ray just in case as recommended by the school doc. An hour later get a call from my school doctor saying i need to go to the doctors immediately. I had a fucking collapsed lung 50%+ and im lucky i went when i did. And i was riding my bike around town all day lol. I was lucky, and id rather you not have to survive on purely luck. Better safe than sorry :)
