hey guys 1st time poster. im 22 years old male and im losing my hair rapidly. its killing my self esteem, basically the reason im here on 4chan
i will not take any pills to cure it due to fear of side effects
should i look into getting an implant ? they are incredibly expensive like 10k...
should i shave my head bald and work out?
currently if i just shaved it id look like i just left auschwitz cuz im a weak cunt

Definitely work out. My cousin is 24 and balding, but he was one of these fuckin' elite high school lacrosse stars, so it ain't even a big deal for him.

Unfortunately, you just need to accept it. Therapies for baldness are not guaranteed to be effective, and all have side effects. You will be the person who cares most about being bald - most girls don't find it a dealbreaker. Shave your head bald and you'll get used to it, even if you are very lean (working out is generally healthy behaviour, so do that regardless).
