Anorexia is first of all a mental disorder that just happens to have severe physical implications. If your friend doesn't want to get better, there's really nothing you can do. Professional help is the only thing that could help, encourage your friend to seek it.

Anorexia is just a "scientific" catchphrase that jealous fat people use to keep skinnier, more attractive people under control.
