It's a meme at this point, but I've been taking Biotin, integral collegen, and Coconut oil supplements once a day for my hair loss. I can't comment on my hair growing back, since I haven't been taking it long enough, but my hair has definitely stopped falling out.

I'd wait until you are 20 if you can. I am taking it since 3 years, no big sides. Apart from increased weight gain, which is easily countered with sports.

Yeah, like it is working my hair stopped falling out and is growing back in my problem areas, I've had tried everything, biotin, oils, vitamins but unfortunatelly is genetic. I was thinking about stopping and waiting til I'm older but afraid some of my hair won't regrow
