I can only pull a little bit after the head is revealed, and the foreskin kind of "curls up" at that point, it is not a smooth shaft all the way to the tip if it makes sense.

Is that normal? Should I get that checked?
It's not phimosis for sure, the short frenulum is the cause but I never experienced any pain from it (still a virgin tho)
