I have some dumbbells and a EZ curl bar. I need a program focusing on shoulders (like big boulder shoulders, training 7 days/week) and hitting all three heads. Also, is ok just to train shoulders or could I create some imbalance? Stretching routine?

Do a full body routine. Calisthenics can get you a lot farther than a couple dumbells.

Oops forgot to mention. Dumbbells AND calisthenics. Any kind of exercise that will give me big shoulders, it's by far my weakest muscle. I planned on buying a pull bar but I am not sure if my doorway will handle it (I am 160lbs)

Pike push-ups might be good, but I'd recommend not focusing too much one muscle and just do a full body routine until you have a good base.

I always did full body workouts before but while I had good overall results, I am not standing out from the others and noticed my shoulders are small and not wide enough so I am trying to find a solution by concentrating on them for a month while still doing some exercise on the side.
Till now, I know shoulder press, lateral raises and front incline raises. What else can work my shoulders? How many sets/reps/pause? I mostly want mass

It might just be genetics desu, shoulder press at 70-80% of orm would be good if you have the weights. But if you're particularly worried about shoulder mass you're better off on /fit/
