Your time is an excuse. Concerning money, there are some social counseling stations, which help poor people for very low prices. If everything else fails, a lot of churches offer free counseling and priests of catholic churches are even bound by confession secret. Of course that would be a less than ideal solution because they are not as well trained in psychology.
