Talking to a prostitute isn't a crime -- cops need to see a transaction actually take place before they can arrest either one of you. That means they need to hear sex being discussed, and they need to see money change hands.

Plenty of cops are willing to bend the law for an arrest, but they're not going to waste their time when they know full well they'd never be able to charge you with anything. It'd be pointless. Money, wasted time, paperwork, the risk of a lawsuit, all for nothing.

Either this is a bait thread and none of this happened, or you're withholding the full story.
