I've struggled with major anxiety my entire life, and I finally conquered it at the age of 24, facing my biggest phobia I've ever met in my life, and to sum it all up, after I did it, after I took the plunge, after struggling for years, talking myself up, talking myself down, avoiding the subject, having special arrangements made for me to avoid the subject, my complete end experience with anxiety can be summed up by saying "Oh, it wasn't that bad after all."
In short, it's not a mental disorder, you're just a pussy like I was.

nyquil was a go to for a few years, but I haven't had any trouble lately, marijuana does help though.

and my doctor tells me I'm bi polar, but I don't buy into all those bullshit labels 'cause I happened to mark a 1 on the suicide questionaire, and then crossed it out and circled 0 instead.
