I would assume you get stuck with words because you're a bit too anxious and that starts to affect your ability to to speak deliberately and concisely

Get some self-respect, standards, courage, a conscious and a lot of quality literature books.

Most people who talk slowly are usually standardless, hypocritical, compulsive liars, prone to sudden rage because they actively lower their own thinking rate so they stop thinking about all the problems and what a shit person they are.
Not like you'd be one, but you're also not doing what's right in order to improve.
